This Role

We’re looking for a multimedia graphic designer who will be responsible for creating engaging assets for different platforms and applying artistic editing and graphic techniques that accurately reflect the vision of the brand.

You have incredible design and typographic skills and ideally have experience editing videos across a variety of platforms. You have the ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects while being flexible to changing course at short notice.

You have a commercial understanding of what “works” and are keen to learn about performance metrics to make your designs even better.

You can balance the need for beautiful, on brand graphics and performance based requirements.


Your Future Responsibilities

  • Design graphic content for digital applications that are on-brand including

    • Email designs

    • Social media ads + graphics

    • Infographics

    • Landing pages

    • Catalogs

  • Edit, and publish videos on various websites and social media platforms.

    • Manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms.

  • Work with other teams and team members to understand what imagery works best from testing and from best practices.

  • Stay on the cutting-edge of digital multimedia trends and innovation, including monitoring direct competitors as well as what’s next in the space.

  • Assemble raw footage and transfer or upload it to a computer.

  • Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage and photos.


Who are you?

  • You have a degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field.

  • You have 2+ years of work experience as a graphic designer.

  • You’re a hands-on experience professional with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • You have strong visual and interactive design skills with a clear grasp of typography, layout, color, motion, and user behavior.

  • You’re familiar with best practices for graphics and video content

  • You have a proactive work ethic.

  • You’re hungry, smart, and driven.

  • You’re able to bring new ideas to the table.

  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • You have the ability to edit still and moving image content for different platforms with a commercial eye for different marketing needs

  • You have demonstrated experience with email, web and social media design.

  • You’re able to work off a rough storyboard or creative brief.

  • You’re able to storyboard for others or create a brief for others
