We are looking for enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Sales Associate. The ideal candidate has a love for lingerie, a passion for bra fittings and a heart for service. The candidate should also enjoy working one-on-one with customers and thrive in a commissioned sales environment.

🐣 Responsibilities

Sales:
Set and achieve sales goals
Build an appointment based business
Drive lifetime customer loyalty
Act as an ambassador to the community, maintaining CBI’s reputation; exceeding the customers’ and the community’s expectations
Wardrobe every customer by choosing the right styles, examining proper fit, asking questions and actively listening
Confidently provide expertise and honest feedback regarding merchandise style and fit
Service
Be friendly, helpful, and a exemplify a positive love for people
Be a lingerie and bra fit expert (we'll teach you!)
Grow and nurture business through floor traffic, referrals, and community contacts
Be a role model for the highest level of style and service
Create an EXCEPTIONAL experience for every customer
Operational Excellence
Complete assigned duties and tasks
Develop lasting relationships with customers
Use the Cherry Blossom Intimates systems, guidelines, and tools to make business happen, e.g., Customer Relationship Management technology, mobile POS, etc.
Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices
Physical Requirements:
Climb and balance on ladders
Bend at the waist
Lift up to 30 pounds
Kneel and squat as needed
Reach above the shoulder as needed

📒 Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years selling in a modern retail environment
Superior selling skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills - Mac and PC
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based store
Luxury sales and/or bra sales preferred
Proven ability to develop extensive relationships with customers
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bra fit, lingerie, and fashion
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Down to hustle - this role requires regular nights and weekends
Proficiency working with Mac products (iPad and laptop)
Proficiency working with Google suite
You're a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively
Caring and empathetic customer service skills
