About the Role:

We are hiring a highly motivated Associate Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Reporting team in India. In this role, you will support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and data-driven insights for business decision-making. You will work closely with a team lead and collaborate with global stakeholders—all within a fully remote setup. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is eager to learn, flexible, and a strong team player, with foundational knowledge of finance and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and business reporting · Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities · Extract, transform, and analyze financial data using SQL and Excel · Maintain and improve reporting models, templates, and dashboards · Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format · Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

· Chartered Accountant / MBA· 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related functions (internshipsincluded)· Basic understanding of financial statements and finance concepts· Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data· Experience in AI tools adoption· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint· Comfortable working in a remote, structured, and deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have (not mandatory):

· Experience with ERP systems or FP&A tools · Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau · Exposure to financial reporting processes in a multinational or shared services setting
