About the right team member
MDM (mobile device management) engineer comfortable with advanced configurations in Jamf and Intune. You will focus your time contributing your expertise in scaling our global Apple fleet, and creating runbooks for how we handle any future acquisitions. The IT Engineering team is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of MINDBODY + ClassPass enterprise-wide software systems such as email, collaboration tools, office networks, identity & authentication, and so on. This team focuses on continual improvement & efficiency through IT automation practices and partners with the business to resolve configuration or workflow pain points. This position will report to the Director, IT Operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing, documenting and recommending plans for improvements in our MDM systems
Ensure our computer fleets adhere to our defined security baselines and implement continued improvement practice
Assist with the assessment, planning and implementation of systems and integrations related to M&A activities
Manage your projects, including requirements gathering, developing work breakdowns, track task status, and escalate as needed to keep projects on schedule within our project management system
Participate in “shield” rotation for Corp IT Engineering to assist with escalations from Service Deck
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience in IT Engineering, supporting rapidly scaling companies
Proven track record with automation in Cloud SaaS technologies
4+ years of hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf and Intune

Advanced knowledge in:
Cloud management (Azure and AWS)
Microsoft Windows Server and Intune
Jamf MDM (Connect and Protect)
Identity management and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Expertise in integrating systems via APIs

Strong personal skills in:
Time management
Task prioritization
Documentation and knowledge sharing
Experience contributing to both short- and long-term IT roadmaps

Familiar with common IT and InfoSec frameworks, standards, and regulations, including:
ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO, CIS 20
PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, HITRUST

In-depth knowledge of:
ISO 27001/27002 standards
PII, PHI, and financial data regulations
Data residency and international compliance requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skilled in presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
