About the right team member
Mindbody is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and scale across our Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams. In this high-impact role, you'll shape the systems, processes, and rhythms that power our world-class product development engine. This is an individual contributor position with potential to build out a team.
You will help build the connective tissue across PDE and other functions to optimize our go-to-market (GTM) execution and enable faster, higher-quality product outcomes. Your work will combine systems thinking, process design, iteration with stakeholders, and exceptional program execution. You’ll also play a key role in evolving how we work by driving continuous improvement through feedback, experimentation, and adoption at scale.
About the role
- Design and implement efficient, sustainable product development processes and tooling
- Ensure PDE teams operate with clarity, alignment, and velocity by codifying workflows and enabling widespread adoption of best practices.
- Manage and evolve critical cadences such as roadmap planning, OKR alignment, and product lifecycle milestones.
- Identity repeatable, scalable opportunities to leverage AI to streamline operations
- Own the continuous improvement agenda: gather feedback, identify friction points, test solutions, and drive adoption across PDE.
- Measure and report on improvements in product development efficacy and team satisfaction.
- Orchestrate key executive and cross-functional updates: including quarterly OKRs, roadmap reviews, and board-level insights.
- Develop and maintain metrics reporting dashboards to inform product decisions, such as adoption, usage, retention, and NPS.
Skills & experience
- 5+ years experience in Product Operations or Product Management at a SaaS company
- Self-directed with bias for action and continuous improvement
- Strategic mindset: can navigate ambiguity, create structure, and drive execution
- Experience designing and implementing scalable operational systems and processes (bonus: track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish)
- Strong data analysis capabilities using SQL, BI tools (Looker, Sigma), and product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel)
- Proficiency with modern workplace tools like Notion and AI-powered productivity solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and process optimization
