ROLE SUMMARY
Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of EveryHealth Gaps in Care teams to help achieve our topline sales goal and deliver an exceptional customer experience to enterprise clients.
We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to help build products and solutions that service our enterprise clients and their member populations. As a member of Everly Health’s product management team, you will lead the development of products that help hundreds of thousands of people gain access to at-home lab testing. You will guide them through a thoughtful experience of receiving an at-home lab test. You’ll help them collect samples with confidence across physical and digital products. You’ll design experiences that deliver results with empathy that lead to lasting life changes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Devise, define, and communicate a product strategy for our Gaps in Care business line
  • Partner with executives, engineering, and cross-functional teams to build differentiated solutions for the growth of EH core business (B2B)
  • Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of strategic products to customers & internal teams
  • Generate new ideas and opportunities that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders and dedicated engineering teams and cross-functional partners
  • Meet defined milestones and delivery dates with optimal resources
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for the engineering team to consume
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the solutions you own

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of product end-to-end delivery, including requirements definition, feature launches, post-launch metrics tracking, and product tradeoff decisions
  • 2+ years of data technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong experience in articulating long-term roadmap strategy and business impact
  • Strong experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with partners to drive cross functional programs and influence teams
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic investments with near-term business goals
  • A strong analytical and metrics driven approach to develop effective and efficient solutions
  • Able to effectively communicate and work remotely across regions, cross culturally, and geographically dispersed teams

Skills & Traits

  • Understanding and hands-on experience with databases, data processing platforms, or machine learning platforms.
  • Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams common to enterprise software industry (field engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial sense of ownership of the success of the product, with full ownership and accountability of outcomes.
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal form.
