The Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. We are a small and highly visible team, interfacing directly with executive leadership on a regular basis to provide guidance on all key initiatives for the organization. The Senior Director FP & A, reporting to the CFO, will work closely with business partners across the organization to develop and refine various models and presentations, and provide critical analyses for the company’s upcoming and rapidly expanding initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary finance partner to business leaders across the company to bring a finance oriented data-driven perspective to performance evaluation and key operating decisions.
  • Lead Financial Planning and forecasting across full P&L delivering accurate forecasts and own the multi-year company financial model with a deep understanding of all inputs and interdependencies.
  • Build and lead a high performing FP&A team that produces rich insights, plans, and forecasts with a high degree of clarity and accuracy.
  • Manage board and executive level reporting of financial results and key performance indicators, constantly improving quality and efficiency.

  • Lead Data Analytics team to drive data driven and actionable insights across business units.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track key performance metrics and monitor business performance. Provide management with insights into drivers of revenue and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Own Evaluate and advise on growth opportunities such as new product launches, new channel development, and business model changes.
  • Be a key contributor to the overall vision for shaping the finance function at Everlywell.
  • Work closely with the Finance leadership team to build the financial systems roadmap to support the company’s current and future business requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and present financial matters to key stakeholders and leaders.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Mathematics from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree in related discipline preferred).
  • 10 - 12 years of directly applicable experience with time spent in FP&A within a health care, technology and/or financial services company managing full P&L.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills and superb teamwork.
  • Effective at building collaborative relationships across business functions.
  • Unwavering integrity with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Experience with financial systems (Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion).
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, business intelligence/database tools and e-commerce a strong plus.
  • Ability to work with and derive business decisions from large data sets. Data science certification a plus.
  • Prior people management experience where you led a successful, high performing team in exceeding client and organizational expectations.
