The Operations Support Analyst role will support strategic and data-driven initiatives within the Operations organization at Everly Health. This employee will have experience in networking, relationship building, process improvement, and exhibit high levels of professional communication. In addition they will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and communicating complex information in a way that’s easily understood, particularly as it relates to SLAs within the organization. This includes but is not limited to Department of Health reporting, training initiatives, vendor SLAs, and customer refunds.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure that all reporting requirements are delivered within required timeframes, in the required format, and within the specified medium
  • Collaborate in managing all aspects of the successful set up and execution of new report requirements, custom file setup, technical interfaces et al.,
  • Proactively monitor and capture changes in reporting requirements by state/county and make adjustments as required
  • Work as a liaison between the Ops support team and the greater organization
  • Monitor and report on issue any test/kit changes and cutovers
  • Review existing business processes by engaging with the appropriate business partner/leader
  • Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis from business partners
  • Support in creating and leveraging statistical models and reports to identify and execute on areas for improvements with in Operations
  • Create documentation for SOPs, working instructions and details supporting process improvement recommendations
  • Support/facilitate audit functions within Operations sub departments
  • Provide clear and consistent communication and progress updates to key stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • Degree in business administration, operations management, statistics/mathematics, healthcare sciences, or a related field required, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a in a support or business analyst role OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using statistical/database software to query and analyze data
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience providing recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis and insights Ability to work across multiple functions or disciplines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
  • Willing to work Tuesday-Saturday and come into our downtown office every Tuesday and Wednesday
