The Clinical Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing support for all clinical programs so that Everly Health can deliver high-quality, consistent care in an innovative setting. The position is a growth opportunity to work with a tech-savvy leadership team on the forefront of expanding access to diagnostic testing and virtual care. This position is integral in several critical areas including program development, management of protocols, and monitoring day-to-day program operations. Working in a cross functional team, the person in this position will have to multitask at a very high level in order to prioritize and execute in a highly dynamic environment, while collaborating closely with others to achieve important benchmarks for the company’s success as it continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct background research around clinical treatment parameters, diagnostics, regulatory and clinical practice guidelines for prospective and current programs using peer-reviewed literature search principles
  • Develop clinical requirements for virtual care telehealth programs
  • Translate and incorporate clinical requirements into proposed program workflows, technology platforms, and provider resources
  • Support electronic health record enablement tool development
  • Work closely with the product teams to ensure clinical input is reflected in new program builds/improvements to existing platforms
  • Create and update scripts related to clinical programs
  • Develop and update clinical protocols and content per oversight standards across all programs
  • Closely collaborate with product, legal, medical affairs, laboratory science, and clinical operations teams to ensure protocol content optimizes patient experience and adheres to regulatory and clinical practice guidelines
  • Work closely with medical affairs on content review to ensure alignment with clinical protocols and messaging requirements
  • Assist in continuous improvement around overall clinical content management
  • Perform ongoing monitoring/improvements of all programs and platforms, including tracking, auditing, reporting, and escalation
  • Work closely with the clinical support staff, customer service and data teams to ensure effectiveness and performance of clinical program documentation and monitoring
  • Support program improvement efforts incorporating monitored process, program and health outcomes

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 + years of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Understand general health principles and is interested in the field and how it’s evolving
  • Proficient in Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent applications required
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and an ability to work successfully under minimum supervision
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and administering work processes
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication
  • Display strong interpersonal skills
  • Execute with a high level of attention to detail
  • Use strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Have the ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities
  • Able to synthesize disparate information and problem-solve
  • Familiar with Athena EMR and Salesforce - helpful but not required
The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NY) and internal equity.
