Reporting to our Chief People Officer, the Talent Rewards & Systems Partner will be a strong leader on benefits, compensation, and HR systems. This role will drive enhancements on benefits and compensation programs; simplify structures to maximize efficiency and value to leaders and employees; and own and operate our suite of HR systems and integrations.
What You'll Do:
- Develops, implements, and administers creative and competitive solutions around compensation, benefits, and HRIS practices and programs.
- Regularly analyzes the company’s competitive employment position around total rewards and makes recommendations that are cost-effective and consistent with the company’s objectives and competitive practices.
- Administers and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements.
- Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
- Manages relationships with vendors, and the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Oversees and maintains optimal functionality of HR information services systems.
- Identifies and activates new system functionalities and workflows, enabling the People team and organizational partners to utilize our systems to maximum advantage.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR systems design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Facilitates migrations to new systems, as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience managing or supporting administration of fully insured and/or self-funded medical plans.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, OBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
- Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 1 year of experience in an HRIS-focused (UKG highly preferred) role and 2 or more years in compensation and benefits-focused roles.
