Job Description
1. Order & Inventory Management
- Monitor daily order flow across quick commerce, marketplaces, and other trade channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
- Identify, track, and resolve order discrepancies, delays, in delivery.
2. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Manage pick-ups and deliveries in coordination with logistics partners and channel teams.
- Ensure dispatch accuracy, adherence to packaging standards, and SLA compliance.
- Troubleshoot delivery-related issues and drive timely resolution.
3. Platform & Channel Operations
- Appointment bookings and rescheduling across platforms.
- Generate and manage ASN’s as per channel requirements.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as O2D, D2D, and overall delivery timelines, and identify improvement
- opportunities.
- Prepare and share periodic MIS and performance reports with management.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Business Development, Procurement, and Warehouse
- teams.
- Ensure timely GRN closure PO delivered, invoicing, and invoice reconciliation with platforms.
6. RTO / RTV Management
- Track all RTOs and RTVs end-to-end.
- Ensure timely creation and closure of required documentation, including debit and credit
- notes.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, modern trade, quick commerce, or logistics
- operations (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment processes, dispatch workflows, and
- platform SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with platform dashboards such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Myntra,
- Nykaa, Amazon, and others.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
