About the role:

  • Generate, verify, and dispatch customer invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain customer master records, ensuring correct billing details and appropriate credit limits.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, chargebacks, and customer finance queries in a timely manner.
  • Process and record incoming payments (NEFT/RTGS/Wire/UPI) accurately against their respective invoices.
  • Reconcile customer statements and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Comply with statutory requirements relating to sales, including GST and e-invoicing documentation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly AR ageing reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection summaries.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation/efficiency improvements within the order-to-cash cycle.
