About the RoleWe are seeking a highly commercial, dynamic, and execution-focused US Field Sales & Education Manager primarily for our Sephora East Coast stores. You will act as the ultimate brand representative in-market, owning retail sales performance, field education, and brand advocacy across our Sephora doors. You will lead by example, building deep relationships with store leadership while educating and inspiring teams on indē wild’s Ayurvedic positioning and community-driven ethos.
What You'll DoOwn Retail Sales & Market Performance
- Own sales performance and sell-through across assigned Sephora doors and retail partners within the East Coast territory, with a focus on the Tri-State Area while supporting broader US market needs as the business scales.
- Maintain a consistent in-store presence (3-4 days per week) through regular market visits, trainings, events, and retail support.
- Develop strong relationships with Sephora store leadership, regional teams, and Beauty Advisors to drive long-term brand advocacy.
- Identify opportunities to increase productivity, visibility, conversion, and client engagement within stores, while supporting new launches and retailer initiatives.
Lead Field Education & Training
- Lead engaging, hands-on training for Sephora Beauty Advisors, retail partners, and freelance field teams.
- Educate teams on brand storytelling, Ayurvedic positioning, hero SKUs, ingredients, routines, and effective selling techniques.
- Create a best-in-class education experience that inspires confidence, excitement, and strong product recommendation behavior.
Drive Field Operations & Retail Excellence
- Lead and manage freelance selling specialists and event support teams across the East Coast territory, acting as the key point of accountability.
- Ensure excellence in merchandising, tester hygiene, stock visibility, and in-store execution standards.
- Maintain strong operational discipline across reporting, recaps, travel planning, and market feedback.
Champion Events & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Execute impactful in-store events, founder moments, masterclasses, community activations, and retailer-led programming.
- Partner closely with Marketing, PR, and Social teams to support brand campaigns, launches, and influencer moments at the market level.
- Share regular field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with cross-functional teams to inform strategy.
Business Operations
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize retail productivity and brand visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Serve as our eyes and ears on the floor. Provide consistent, actionable feedback on customer sentiment, stock levels, and store traffic following each shift.
- Scheduling: manage travel schedule and store visit bookings
- Budgets: Manage territory expenses and resource allocation with strong financial discipline.
- 4–6+ years of experience in beauty retail sales, education, or field management within prestige beauty.
- Strong Sephora experience preferred; existing retailer relationships are a plus.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance, lead training, manage field teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sephora teams, retail partners, and indē wild leadership.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays, with frequent travel across markets as needed.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Valid US Work Authorisation required.
- Exceeding sell-through and retail productivity targets within the assigned East Coast doors.
- High engagement and brand advocacy from Sephora Beauty Advisors and store leadership.
- Flawless execution of in-store events, brand moments, and retail merchandising standards.
- Strong operational reporting and consistent, valuable field insights delivered to HQ.
