ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Shopify stores -from product uploads and content updates to store hygiene checks and cross-team coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build real, hands-on expertise in the fast-moving world of eCommerce.

You will work closely with our eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure our online stores are always accurate, on-brand, and performing at their best. Over time, you will develop a strong understanding of online merchandising, customer journeys, and digital operations across multiple live stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Shopify Website Update

  • Upload new products to Shopify, including images, pricing, descriptions, and variants, ensuring all information is complete and accurate
  • Create and maintain blogs, collection pages, and landing pages in line with campaign calendars
  • Update promotional banners, discount codes, and offer details across all active stores
  • Keep product pages current by making timely edits to reflect inventory changes, pricing updates, or copy revisions.

2. Store Hygiene & Maintenance

  • Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and resolve broken pages, incorrect links, or display errors
  • Verify that site navigation, collections, and filters function correctly across desktop and mobile
  • Maintain consistent standards of accuracy and cleanliness across multiple Shopify storefronts
  • Assist with basic theme updates and front-end adjustments as directed by the team or external developers

3. Day-to-Day Operations Support

  • Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues and escalate bugs or technical errors to the internal team or external developers with clear documentation
  • Help manage backend tasks including app updates, product organization, and metadata management
  • Respond to website-related requests from internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and customer experience teams
  • Maintain accurate records of updates and changes made to each store for internal reporting

4. Learning & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop a working knowledge of eCommerce customer journeys and how website experience influences conversion
  • Learn and apply best practices in online merchandising, product presentation, and UX principles
  • Actively participate in store audits and contribute ideas for website improvement initiatives
  • Stay informed about Shopify platform updates, app releases, and D2C eCommerce trends
