We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand team, who will drive and set the tone of Little Spoon’s voice and beliefs. The primary goal for this role will be to deliver on Little Spoon’s mission to be a true end-to-end platform for the modern parent for mealtime, snack time and nutrition. As a brand, we are known as disruptors and leaders in the category, offering parents the convenience + quality they deserve without having to compromise. As Little Spoon continues to scale, your role will be to solidify our brand as a household name by driving awareness of Little Spoon and our modern approach. The role reports directly to the VP of Brand. The person in this role has the opportunity to make their mark and build a legacy within a fun and dynamic company.

You will:

  • Be responsible for ongoing Little Spoon content, key partnerships, collaborations, marketing collateral and be the steward of the brand.
  • Work hand-in-hand with digital and physical product team, plus our customer experience team to help us realize our vision as an end-to-end platform for the modern parent.
  • Build, execute and report on cross-channel execution day over day for brand with an overarching strategic + creative vision. 
  • Lead messaging strategy and creative asset development with internal and external teams to ensure a cohesive aesthetic that will optimize the customer experience.
  • Evaluate market and competitive trends, consumer insights data and ideate to develop new digital and physical product ideas.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to commercialize products.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in developing marketing strategies in the digital experience. 
  • Own and grow the brand community with the support of an Associate Brand marketer. 
  • Perform audits and refine the physical customer experience from delivery to unboxing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a direct report to ensure they’re set up for success.
  • Manage quarterly budget.
You have:
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand, creative strategy, partnerships, and content management
  • 1-3 years of people management experience
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or CPG

  • Articulate and compelling in your oral and written communication skills – you love telling a story
