What We Are Looking For:

Little Spoon is searching for a passionate community builder to join our team as a part-time Social Media Community Manager. Reporting to our Brand Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for building, engaging and nurturing with our online communities across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, Youtube + Linkedin. The ideal candidate has a passion for community building, customer experience and social media with excellent communication skills to help drive brand loyalty and awareness.

What You’ll Do:

Community Management

  • Monitor organic/paid content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to respond to comments and DMs strategically in a timely manner
  • Embody the brand voice, communicating with personality and consistency to drive brand awareness + affinity
  • Identify real-time engagement opportunities, driving impactful recommendations and executed effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop a strategy for thoughtful and strategic responses
  • Develop and implement crisis management protocols to address potential community concerns
  • Understand customer feedback and communicate with internal teams to align with business goals
  • Deliver on weekly + monthly reports to help the broader brand team capitalize on consumer insights + understand impact potential for our community

Community Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a strong sense of community
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new community members and retain existing ones
  • Support growth on TikTok and Instagram accounts with high impact community engagement
  • Interact with followers in the comments, DMs and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
  • Build strong relationships with leads, customers, creators, influencers and advisors
  • Engage with like-minded brands, celebrities, influencers, creators and partners to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor trends and share insights with the team
  • Act as the the voice and advocate of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms

Reporting

  • Gather and analyze feedback from social communities to improve content and engagement
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on community metrics, insights, trends and inbound/outbound engagement
  • Analyze community data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of social media and community management experience
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn and their respective audiences
  • Tiktok scaler mindset with understanding of how to drive engagement + reach on the platform
  • Ability to work 7 days a week, 20 hours/week to begin
  • Experience with Later, Sprout Social and other social media management tools
  • Passion for building and nurturing community
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new reporting tools + processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
