Little Spoon is seeking a tenured senior marketing leader to join our Growth Marketing organization. In this critical and highly visible role, you will be responsible for architecting and executing our full funnel media strategy to increase awareness + familiarity as well as engagement and consideration. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on our media strategy, our investment mix strategy, structured experimentation, measurement. This role will be based in our New York City headquarters or remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Own development and communication of the long-term vision, goals, and roadmap for full funnel marketing efforts as established together with partners
- Develop full funnel strategies across cutting edge + scalable media platforms across programmatic (DSP) + streaming video, paid social, connected TV (CTV/OTT), among others in order to drive brand and purchase lift
- Partner with external vendors to ensure we’re squeezing maximum value and capability out of media platforms and driving relevance with the customer as we build and iterate our full funnel strategy
- Partner with technical analytics + data science resources to build experimentation roadmap, create actionable performance analysis, establish reporting views, and distill insights from all the above that feed back into the media strategy
- Partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders in Brand Marketing + Performance Marketing, reduce / attack siloing of work, and build mechanisms to drive top decile creative optimization tailored to each stage of the funnel
- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and work cross functionally amidst some TBD or vague ownership areas that have yet to be fully developed
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of relevant digital media experience, 4+ years people leadership
- Proven track record in attracting, developing, and motivating talent. Ability to continually raise the bar and grow your personal and collective capability.
- Deep knowledge of the mid-funnel including social, programmatic, online video and the ability to develop comprehensive media plans and establish incrementality based measurement solutions (vs. last touch alone) in a post-iOS14 privacy world.
- A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that your group owns
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders / leadership, debate, keep priorities simple and clear and commit to a clear plan to drive the strategy forward.
