Little Spoon is seeking an affiliate marketing channel leader to join our Growth Marketing organization. As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, your charter is to first define the right new customer growth strategy for the affiliate channel and then drive rapid expansion spanning content publishers, traditional affiliate publishers, card linked offers, and support on influencer/partnerships together with partners. You will build a project roadmap addressing network/management technology evaluation, campaign planning, and publisher recruitment, while infusing a data driven mindset into our measurement and our understanding of the affiliate program’s incremental impact on our enterprise growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as single point of contact for agency, network and publisher relationships, including facilitation of invoicing and payment
- Own affiliate channel management including publisher development strategy, managing inquiries and applications, and tactical execution as well as defining a playbook for channel wide best practices
- Stay on top of emerging affiliate marketing industry trends to evaluate new network opportunities, management approaches, publisher models, or technologies that can deliver incremental growth and keep us a step ahead of competitors
- Obsessively monitor affiliate channel KPIs and proactively identify growth opportunities, limitations or anomalies warranting further investigation or escalation.
- Build and present concise opportunity briefs, performance readouts, and insights that allow you to drive the strategy.
- Plan and troubleshoot technology/analytics integrations with internal and external partners and support on experimentation and incrementality testing, data integrations, analytics processes, and reporting
- Support our internal partners to create efficiency for paid influencer, partnership, and other enterprise level brand relationships as needed
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ years of relevant digital media experience, including a demonstrated focus on growing large affiliate marketing programs
- Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools and methodologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and the ability to analyze large complex datasets
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Ability to effectively work together with a diverse set of professionals across functions including vendors, marketers, product managers, analytics and tech
- Demonstrable organizational and automation skills needed to manage thousands of affiliates, drive for constant improvement, and critical thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality and ability to thrive with ambiguity
