About the Role:

Little Spoon is looking for a standout designer to help drive our creative excellence across packaging, marketing comms and advertising channels. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—on the packaging itself, in real-world advertising placements and in the digital space. You’ll own packaging design for new launches, evolve our existing lines, create eye-catching print + digital media and support brand campaigns with scroll-stopping visuals. If you dream in dielines, obsess over colorways, celebrate avoiding a hanging line (score!) and get a rush from seeing your designs IRL, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and evolve Little Spoon’s packaging across new + existing product lines, iterating multiple flavors from one cohesive concept.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product and Exec leadership to create standout designs that grab attention and make an impact.
  • Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Art Director and design team to concept and execute engaging visuals across channels.
  • Bring our brand to life with best-in-class packaging, OOH ads, activation + event creative, paid social and direct mail.
  • Develop and maintain visual identity systems that ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Act as a creative partner to our in-house UX/UI team for digital projects when needed.
  • Collaborate on brand campaign creative, from packaging to storytelling.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of design experience (print + digital) with a strong background in packaging, advertising and deepening brand identity.
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite & Figma—you know your way around a smart object.
  • A typography, color and layout aficionado.
  • Strong mockup + prototyping skills (from concept to final print-ready files to renders and in situ mockups).
  • Experience in photo retouching and visual storytelling.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • A team player who loves collaboration, takes feedback in stride and is always up for a creative challenge.
  • Passionate about CPG, food and designing for a brand with personality.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand approach + know-how in packaging design, advertising creative and graphic design.
  • Experience designing for outdoor advertising, events, activations, subway takeovers and unexpected dimensions.
  • A strong creative POV—you’re not afraid to push boundaries while staying true to brand integrity.
  • An instinct for deepening brand identity + a love of consistency and creating rules/structures for creatives to drive high-impact designs.
  • Bonus: Experience with up & coming, new generation food brands (and a love for food!).
