The Role

As a member of the Talent and Culture team, we will lean on you to help us manage, facilitate, and spear-head our office operations. You will need to anticipate the needs of the office, work together to manage the life cycle of our Lovevery employees and help support the day-to-day operations of HR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to display your exceptional customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills. This role is a required onsite role in our beautiful downtown Boise office. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Boise HQ office and front desk operations daily, by welcoming visitors and being the connective spirit of the office
  • Address office related incidents with building management and our third-party partners (Athlos, custodians, maintenance crews, etc)
  • Maintain an excellent Lovevery in-office employee experience by managing snack and beverage inventory, collecting and sending packages, overseeing the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen appliances and conference rooms, and delivering new hire swag
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive culture by organizing and facilitating monthly company happy hours, decorating the office for holidays, engaging employees through Slack, curating creative activities for remote employees, ordering and distributing employee birthday gifts, and updating and maintaining an internal events calendar
  • Facilitate all planning related to employee and candidate travel by leveraging our travel partner, Navan, while being mindful of Lovevery’s internal travel policy, budgets, and goals
  • Schedule all phone, face to face interviews, and debriefs for candidates interviewing with Lovevery
  • Collect quarterly eco-friendly reimbursements from employees and distribute to Payroll
  • Plan and facilitate weekly team meetings for the Talent & Culture team utilizing tools such as Asana, Bob (HRIS), Excel and G-suite
  • Track, update and report Talent & Culture team OKRs, company-wide events, internal communications, and other projects
  • Own external correspondence on Lovevery’s LinkedIn company page to maintain consistent employer branding
  • Work with the Talent & Culture team to create and conduct Engagement Surveys and Focus Groups, and subsequently collect, and report, the resulting data
  • Manage company-wide All Hands schedule and agenda, which includes the facilitation of department engagement for new segments and sessions
  • Additional project work as needed and assigned by the team, specifically quarterly OKRs, internal changes and update

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a coordination, administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a fast-paced, start up environment
  • A problem-solver with a natural inclination to think outside of the box
  • Independent self-starter with the drive to take initiative
  • An ability to complete concurrent complex scheduling tasks with urgency
  • Attention to detail is your strong suit and you are extremely organized
  • You take a customer-centric approach in everything you do
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is preferred (we use BreezyHR)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
