We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Production Manager.

This role requires exceptional organizational and management skills, as well as a hands-on approach to effectively manage teams, vendors, and service providers, and oversee events.

The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience and be willing to travel throughout Latin America, particularly the Caribbean region. Strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

- Take ownership of the end-to-end production management process, ensuring smooth execution of all projects within the allocated timeline and budget.

- Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the availability of required resources and securing competitive pricing.

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both onsite and offsite, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences.

- Develop and monitor project budgets, closely tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the production process.

- Identify potential bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely and effective solutions to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.

- Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution

Requirements

- Advanced English level

-Advanced Spanish level

- Experience with marketing agencies and events production

- Extensive BTL experience

- More than 4 years of experience in similar roles

-Visa or passport.

-Media experience (press and radio)
