About Us:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer who can independently develop custom mobile applications using React Native, based on provided Figma designs. You will be working on a full-stack mobile app, where data is imported from an ASP.Net desktop application using Microsoft Azure and MongoDB.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, custom mobile applications from the ground up using React Native. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and backend teams, bringing UI/UX to life with precision. This role requires a self-driven developer with strong attention to detail, 8+ years of experience, and a proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect, functional mobile apps independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fully functional and high-performance React Native mobile applications based on Figma designs.
• Build custom features and functionalities that enhance the user experience and meet complex business needs.
• Integrate data from an ASP.Net backend system using Azure and MongoDB.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation, responsiveness, and performance across different devices.
• Independently manage the entire development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with the design team and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Follow best practices in mobile development, code quality, and version control using Git.
• Stay current with the latest trends, libraries, and best practices in mobile app development.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native mobile applications.
• Proven ability to build and launch apps independently, with a portfolio showcasing solo projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile development tools.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with ASP.Net, Azure, and MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Strong ability to translate Figma designs into responsive and accurate UI components.
• Experience working in agile environments and using tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the App Store and Google Play deployment processes.
• Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
• Knowledge in consumer products, healthcare, or health & wellness would be a bonus
