Job description
We are a fast-growing digital health startup building real-time, non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring technology for cardiovascular care. Our platform integrates wearable biosensors and machine learning to provide clinicians with actionable insights in heart failure management. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, cloud-native web applications for our cardio-focused tools.
You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Architect and cross-functional teams to architect robust APIs, develop front-end and back-end features, and lead technical decisions across the stack. This is a hands-on senior-level engineering role with significant ownership and architectural responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal Core and Iteration teams on application planning and design
- Lead full-stack development of web applications for cardiovascular monitoring
- Build scalable APIs and microservices using modern cloud-native patterns
- Review sprint deliverables, conduct peer reviews, and enforce code quality standards
- Conduct unit testing and maintain documentation for technical specifications
- Analyze requirements and deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Mentor junior developers and support cross-team collaboration

Tech Stack:
- Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Database: SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms
- Expertise in building and deploying APIs and scalable distributed systems
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring in fast-paced agile teams
- Excellent communication skills and startup mindset
First 90 Days Projects:
- Deliver cloud-native cardio web applications integrated with our sensor platform
- Build scalable APIs and microservices using .NET and Azure
- Guide architectural decisions across backend and frontend layers
- Establish unit testing and code review standards within the dev team
Other Details:
- Work Arrangement: Offshore, must overlap with US time zones
- Reports to: Enterprise Architect
