Job description

We are a fast-growing digital health startup building real-time, non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring technology for cardiovascular care. Our platform integrates wearable biosensors and machine learning to provide clinicians with actionable insights in heart failure management. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, cloud-native web applications for our cardio-focused tools.

You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Architect and cross-functional teams to architect robust APIs, develop front-end and back-end features, and lead technical decisions across the stack. This is a hands-on senior-level engineering role with significant ownership and architectural responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal Core and Iteration teams on application planning and design
  • Lead full-stack development of web applications for cardiovascular monitoring
  • Build scalable APIs and microservices using modern cloud-native patterns
  • Review sprint deliverables, conduct peer reviews, and enforce code quality standards
  • Conduct unit testing and maintain documentation for technical specifications
  • Analyze requirements and deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Mentor junior developers and support cross-team collaboration

What Success Looks Like:

  • Timely delivery of high-quality front-end and back-end features
  • Scalable and secure cloud architecture aligned with clinical use cases
  • Clean, maintainable code with high unit test coverage
  • Proactive collaboration with design, product, and clinical teams
  • Contribution to platform-wide architectural decisions

Tech Stack:

  • Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
  • Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
  • Database: SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack software development
  • Strong experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms
  • Expertise in building and deploying APIs and scalable distributed systems
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring in fast-paced agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills and startup mindset

First 90 Days Projects:

  • Deliver cloud-native cardio web applications integrated with our sensor platform
  • Build scalable APIs and microservices using .NET and Azure
  • Guide architectural decisions across backend and frontend layers
  • Establish unit testing and code review standards within the dev team

Other Details:

  • Work Arrangement: Offshore, must overlap with US time zones
  • Reports to: Enterprise Architect
