About the Role

We are building the infrastructure of the automotive aftermarket in Latin America, and the Vertical Manager – Auto Parts will own one of its most strategic missions: digitizing and scaling millions of SKUs across Tier 1, 2, and 3, while shaping the future of our marketplace.

This role is designed for someone who is ready to go beyond Key Account Management and step into a position of ownership, strategy, and impact. The right candidate will combine analytical rigor, commercial instinct, and executional drive to lead the growth of the most critical vertical in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Ownership: Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for the auto parts vertical, driving sustainable growth, adoption, and profitability.

• Catalog Leadership: Build and maintain a digital catalog of millions of SKUs, ensuring precision, compatibility, and seamless integration.

• Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and manage relationships with Tier 1 OEMs, Tier 2 manufacturers, and Tier 3 distributors to secure competitive assortment and availability.

• P&L Management: Own key business metrics (GMV, conversion, margins, and supplier performance) and act decisively to improve them.

• Data-Driven Execution: Use advanced analytics and market intelligence to identify trends, forecast demand, and design growth strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to optimize catalog integration, procurement workflows, and customer experience.

• Market Vision: Anticipate industry shifts and competitive dynamics to position the marketplace ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, automotive, or retail category management/business development.

• Strong track record in catalog management, negotiation with suppliers, and delivering measurable growth.

• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at senior levels.

• Fluent in Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil), with advanced English.

Salary Reference

• Mexico City: MXN $68,000 – $84,000 gross/month + bonus.
