Role Purpose

This position will be responsible for leading the acquisition, closing, and retention strategy for investors in our real estate and alternative assets fund. It will play a key role in consolidating strategic partnerships with broker-dealers and placement agents, as well as directly managing relationships with accredited and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the investor acquisition strategy (HNWIs, family offices, institutional).
  • Lead and execute high-level investment closing processes.
  • Develop, consolidate, and follow up on partnerships with broker-dealers and placement agents.
  • Serve investors directly, building long-term trust-based relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate a network of placement agents and/or broker-dealers.
  • Manage administrative and back-office aspects related to the investment process.
  • Align sales initiatives with the high-growth business model (fix-and-flip and alternative vehicles).
  • Commercially represent the fund in roadshows, conferences, and international forums.

Requirements and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience closing investments in private equity, real estate, venture capital, or alternative assets.
  • Minimum 2 years in the Alternative Investments industry.
  • Proven track record closing tickets between $100K USD and $5M+ USD.
  • Experience managing relationships with broker-dealers, placement agents, and fund distribution networks.
  • Mandatory: FINRA licenses required in the U.S.: Series 7 and Series 63 (Series 65 or 82 also desirable).

Solid knowledge of:

  • Financial structures and metrics: IRR, preferred returns, equity multiples, waterfall.
  • Legal documentation: PPM, Subscription Agreement.
  • Regulations: SEC Reg D 506(b)/(c), AML/KYC.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
