The Role:

As Strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the CEO’s right-hand, responsible for turning strategic priorities into actionable projects, aligning teams, and ensuring flawless execution. You will anticipate challenges, communicate effectively across the organization, and drive projects from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the CEO’s vision and priorities into clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when needed, maintaining strategic consistency.
• Track progress of key projects, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain tools, dashboards, and documentation to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure seamless communication between CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience supporting executives or leading high-impact projects.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong ownership mindset—solves problems before they escalate.
• Comfortable with productivity and project management tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Native Spanish, fluent English.
• U.S. visa or passport required.
