About the role
We are looking for our first Sales Executive, a highly motivated, results-driven professional who will own the commercial process end-to-end in a digital-first environment.
This role is critical for the company’s early growth and requires a startup / founder mindset, strong sales execution, and the ability to operate autonomously while handling multiple responsibilities across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Manage inbound leads generated by digital marketing campaigns
- Perform outbound prospecting when needed (cold emails, relationship-building)
- Conduct sales conversations with decision-makers such as:
- CEOs
- Financial Managers
- Accountants
- Close deals and meet performance-based targets
Onboarding Support
- Guide clients through the onboarding process:
- Request and follow up on required documentation
- Share onboarding links and instructions
- Coordinate internally to validate documents
- Proactively follow up to ensure onboarding completion
First Transaction & Activation
- Support clients during their first successful transaction
- Lead a live demo during the first real transaction (approx. 30 minutes)
- Assist clients step-by-step via video call to ensure activation
Note: This role does not manage ongoing Customer Success, only initial activation.
Ideal Profile
Experience
- Strong background in sales (mandatory)
- Experience selling to mid-sized companies
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Experience in one of the following is a plus:
- Financial services (insurance, loans, financial products)
- International trade, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing
Skills & Mindset
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Results-oriented and KPI-driven
- Startup mentality: ownership, autonomy, adaptability
- Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly
- Able to work exclusively (no other jobs)
Seniority & Age Range
- Mid-level to senior profile
Languages
- Spanish: Native
- English: Intermediate (desirable)
Compensation
Commissions:
- 10% over revenue generated
- Revenue based on ~1% of transactional volume
- Average client transactional volume: USD 200,000
