Opportunity

We are making a rare, senior platform hire to lead Company’s content, community, and strategic initiatives at a global scale.

This role owns the engine that connects founders, angels, advisors, media, and institutional investors — and turns that ecosystem into durable thought leadership, educational products, and scalable community programs.

This is not a junior content or events role. This is a builder-operator role for someone who can design programs, ship content, manage people, and use AI to scale impact without bloating headcount.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the Partners to design and execute Company’s community and content platform, with responsibility for:

  • Managing and scaling the Venture Fellows and Venture Advisors programs
  • Growing Company’s angel investing education platform
  • Leading global founder and investor community events
  • Securing and amplifying media placements and thought leadership
  • Producing high-quality white papers and research-driven content
  • Using AI and automation to scale distribution, repurposing, and engagement

Your mandate: Turn Company’s ideas, network, and insights into compounding platform leverage.

What You’ll Do

Community & Program Leadership

  • Own the strategy, operations, and evolution of:
  • Venture Fellows Program
  • Venture Advisors Network
  • Design clear roles, incentives, expectations, and engagement cadences
  • Build systems for onboarding, communication, contribution tracking, and retention
  • Ensure these programs actively support:
  • Founder sourcing
  • Portfolio value-add
  • Thought leadership and visibility

Angel Investing Education Platform

  • Lead the growth of Company’s angel investing education initiatives
  • Develop curriculum, content, and programming for:
  • First-time angels
  • Operator-angels
  • Global investors entering U.S. venture
  • Partner with the investment team to translate real deal insights into educational material
  • Use AI to:
  • Modularize content
  • Update materials efficiently
  • Repurpose learning assets across formats

Events & Global Community Building

  • Own strategy and execution for Company’s founder and investor events globally
  • Design high-signal, intimate gatherings (not generic conferences)
  • Manage:
  • Event calendars
  • Run-of-show
  • Speaker curation
  • Community follow-through
  • Ensure events are tightly integrated with:
  • Content strategy
  • Media moments
  • Community programs
  • Fundraising and brand objectives

Media, Press & Thought Leadership

  • Secure and manage:
  • Press features
  • Op-eds
  • Podcasts
  • Panels and speaking engagements
  • Build relationships with journalists, editors, and producers
  • Position the Partners and the firm as category-level thinkers, not just investors
  • Maintain a forward-looking media calendar aligned with:
  • Fund milestones

  • Research releases
  • White Papers & Research-Driven Content
  • Lead the creation of Company’s flagship thought leadership
  • Translate:
  • Investment theses

Qualifications

Strong indicators include:

  • 3–12+ years of experience across content, community, media, education, or platform roles
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or networks
  • Demonstrated success in thought leadership, media placement, or research publication
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment
  • Hands-on experience using AI to scale content or workflows
  • Comfort working in a small, high-expectation, founder-led environment
