We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who owns the full picture from bid strategy to brand feed, and from campaign launch to executive report.

You're a performance marketer at your core: you know how to build and scale paid media programs across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok that deliver real ROI. But you also understand that paid reach alone doesn't build a brand, so you bring the same rigor to social media, creating a presence that feels alive, relevant, and worth following.

What sets you apart is how you close the loop. You don't just pull numbers, you tell the story behind them, delivering clear, actionable reports that help leadership move faster and make smarter decisions.

Paid Media & Performance

● Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube for U.S. markets.

● Own campaigns end-to-end: targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation — maintaining positive ROI at scale.

● Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.

● Explore and activate emerging channels such as podcast advertising and automated WhatsApp campaigns.

Social Media Ownership

● Own and manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) — strategy, content, calendar, and community.

● Generate daily content ideas rooted in digital culture, HR trends, and AI discourse

● Coordinate content production: videos, micro-clips, trending formats, testimonials, and purpose-driven storytelling.

● Define and enforce brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all platforms.

● Manage community engagement: respond to comments, spark conversations, and grow a genuine audience around the mission.

● Integrate paid and organic social to amplify reach and maximize impact across campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

● Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and GA4 covering paid, organic, and social performance.

● Own KPIs across the full funnel: paid ROI, CAC, CPL, engagement rate, follower growth, MQLs, and demo bookings.

● Deliver clear, insight-driven reports to leadership — not just data, but the so what and the next step.

● Monitor competitors, benchmarks, and platform changes to proactively adjust strategy

CRM & Marketing Automation

● Administer HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring CRM synchronization and full pipeline visibility for the Sales team.

● Build automated lead nurturing flows, email sequences, and audience segmentation to accelerate funnel velocity.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Align with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops on launches, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.

● Operate in an agile model: move fast, test, measure, and iterate with full ownership.

Required Qualifications

● 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in performance/paid media roles.

● Proven results managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.

● Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (HubSpot certification preferred); Pardot is a plus.

● Strong analytical profile: experienced with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar BI tools.

● Ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.

● Fluent in English and Spanish — written and spoken. Bilingual precision is non-negotiable.

● Experience in startups, SaaS, or HR Tech is highly valued.
