Position Objective:

Act as the primary technical executor of the Company’s AI Strategy. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for designing, building, and deploying the company’s AI solutions, both for internal optimization and for enhancing the commercial offering through product development.

1. Direct Execution Responsibilities

A. Development and Innovation (Technical Core)

• Internal Solution Implementation: Design and develop AI agents and RAG systems to optimize processes in areas such as finance, legal, and HR.
• Training and Fine-tuning: Adjust models using the company’s proprietary data to ensure accurate results aligned with business context.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Create and manage a master prompt library to maximize the performance of the models in use.
• External Product Development: Integrate AI capabilities into the company’s services or final products to improve the commercial offering and customer experience.

B. Infrastructure and Operations (MLOps)

• Lifecycle Automation: Establish automated pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and continuous re-training of models in production.
• Resource Optimization: Monitor token usage and cloud resources to ensure developments are cost-effective.
• Collaboration with IT: Coordinate with the technology team to securely and scalably integrate AI solutions into the existing infrastructure.

C. Governance and Intellectual Assets

• Knowledge Sovereignty: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all developments to avoid dependency on third parties.
• Ethics and Security: Ensure all products and tools comply with governance frameworks, ethical standards, and data protection requirements.

2. Requirements and Experience

• General Background: Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, systems architecture, or data science.
• AI Specialization: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience (or verifiable project participation) developing solutions with LLMs, RAG, and agents.
• Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate at least 2 functional projects (internal or external products) where AI was successfully implemented.
• Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

3. Key Deliverables

• AI functionalities integrated into final products.
• Code and architecture for internal agents and systems.
• Prompt library and intellectual property documentation.
• Operational monitoring protocols and deployment pipelines.
