A company is hiring a Part-Time Junior Golf Coach to join our team.
No prior coaching experience is required. We provide paid training and structured support to
help you develop confidence in coaching, managing groups, and leading junior golfers.

coaching, sports education, and leadership while working in a fun, high-energy environment.
About The Company
The company is the largest junior golf program in Central Florida, coaching over 2,000 students across multiple locations.
The company also works internationally with golf federations and academies to develop junior
programs. Our mission is to provide a “preparatory experience” that builds life skills,
confidence, and a lifelong passion for golf.
Role Overview
As a Part-Time Junior Golf Coach, you will:
● Lead and manage group golf classes for children ages 3–12
- Conduct private lessons for junior golfers
- Help create engaging and structured class experiences
- Communicate with parents and support student development●
- Work across multiple locations, including Royal St. Cloud Golf Links and North Shore
Golf Club
- Support academy events and program growth
- Schedule and Time Commitment
- 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)
- Estimated weekly commitment: ~25 hours
Compensation
- Base Salary: $800 per month
- Commission: 30% on all completed classes and private lessons
- Estimated Monthly Earnings: Approximately $1,800 – $2,200+, depending on schedule
