The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to execute comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional client service across multiple business entities. This role focuses on hands-on accounting execution with complex client portfolios in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The right candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing complex client relationships independently while leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books for multiple clients, including daily reconciliations and month-end close procedures
  • Manage comprehensive AP/AR processes and ensure timely, organized financial record maintenance
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and client-ready presentation
  • Execute month-end and year-end close processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Review reconciliations and financial statements for accuracy, identifying and resolving complex accounting issues
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively, maintaining data integrity across all client accounts.
  • Handle and analyze complex accounting multi-entity cases and provide adjustments proposals.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize accounting workflows and improve efficiency
  • Adapt quickly to new technology platforms, integrations, and AI-powered accounting solutions
  • Support process improvements and system optimization initiatives
  • Provide clear financial insights for client decision-making, acting as a trusted financial advisor
  • Communicate insights clearly to help clients understand their numbers with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with Tax and CX teams to ensure seamless client experience and accurate financial data flow

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of U.S. GAAP accounting experience, IFRS Reporting, including multi-entity and complex business structures
  • Tech-savvy with strong aptitude for learning new software, AI tools, and automation platforms
  • Experience with modern accounting tech stack beyond QuickBooks (APIs, integrations, data analysis tools)
  • Comfortable working in an AI-driven, technology-first environment with rapid tool adoption
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and willingness to master emerging fintech solutions
  • Detail-oriented, hands on, accountable, and deadline-driven with daily bookkeeping activities, driving strategic financial analysis and strong sense of prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Experienced with process improvement and system implementation
  • Strong analytical skill, confidently review financial data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experienced in identifying discrepancies, spotting trends, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Understanding of accounting-tax interdependencies and multi-state compliance requirements
  • Excited about leveraging technology to scale accounting operations and improve client outcomes
  • Advanced or native English proficiency
