Role Objective:

The Head of Commercial will strategically lead our commercial operations, focusing on aggressively driving sales and expanding our multimarket presence in Colombia. This role requires proven experience in implementing innovative financial solutions and a strong ability to operate across multiple markets, including managing work visas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to increase sales and capture new market opportunities in Colombia.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious commercial targets.
• Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
• Identify and capitalize on multimarket expansion opportunities, ensuring effective penetration in different financial segments.
• Manage key relationships with clients and strategic partners to optimize growth and profitability.
• Oversee the compliance with quality and service standards across all commercial operations.
• Implement and maintain efficient reporting and analysis processes to evaluate commercial performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a commercial leader or in similar roles, preferably in the financial sector.
• Proven track record in successfully implementing aggressive sales strategies and market expansion.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Geographic mobility with experience managing commercial projects across multiple markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. work visa (if applicable).
• Native-level English proficiency.
