The Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer with a strong eye for craft and a deep appreciation for minimalist design.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in clean, high-standard environments and understands how to translate product experiences into clear, intentional, and visually compelling motion. You will play a key role in bringing product interactions to life, creating polished product release videos, and maintaining a consistent, elevated visual language.

This is not a role for heavy or decorative animation — we are looking for someone who values simplicity, precision, and taste above all.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion design for product-focused content, including UI animations and product release videos
• Translate product features and flows into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in storytelling and execution
• Maintain a consistent visual standard aligned with a minimalist, clean, and bold design language
• Edit and refine video content to ensure clarity, pacing, and overall quality

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, ideally in technology or product-driven companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI animation and product-focused motion work
• Clear alignment with a minimalist visual style (clean, simple, intentional)
• High attention to detail and strong design taste
• Fluent English communication skills (accent is not a concern, clarity is)
• Ability to work effectively with teams in the U.S. (PST time zone)
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
