What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with 4+ years of experience to take ownership of our enterprise web dashboard.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the frontend, understands how data flows across systems, and is comfortable collaborating with backend and mobile engineers.

You will play a key role in ensuring our dashboard is reliable, performant, and delivers a high-quality experience to our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Own and maintain our web-based enterprise dashboard
• Work closely with backend and iOS engineers to ensure data flows correctly across systems
• Monitor and improve performance issues (e.g., slow queries, loading times)
• Identify blockers and proactively drive solutions
• Collaborate via Slack and other tools to stay aligned with the team
• Improve how data is structured, queried, and presented to end users
• Contribute to incremental product improvements and enhancements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web/frontend development
• Strong experience with React or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of APIs and backend interactions
• Experience working with data-driven applications or dashboards
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
