🧭 About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to help scale our impact in the enterprise SaaS and fintech space.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for closing large, complex deals, managing high-value client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic, consultative engagements.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and deliver real business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, excels at navigating complex organizations, and is passionate about building long-term enterprise relationships across Latin America.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Client Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Engage enterprise clients, particularly within the financial ecosystem in LatAm
- Lead strategic conversations and long-term account development
2. Consultative Sales & Deal Execution
- Run full-cycle sales processes for large, complex deals ($500K+)
- Understand client challenges and align solutions to business objectives
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and complex buying processes
- Drive deals from discovery through negotiation and close
3. Pipeline & Market Development
- Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across LatAm
- Align product capabilities with market needs and client pain points
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
4. Sales Strategy & Process Development
- Contribute to building and refining scalable sales processes
- Help define go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks
- Drive initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experience
- Provide feedback loops to improve product and sales effectiveness
6. Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline health
- Provide visibility into deal progress and forecasts
- Support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level

🧬 Requirements
Must-Have
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS or fintech)
- Proven track record of closing large deals ($500K+) and exceeding quota
- Strong understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal, executive level)
- Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in LatAm
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and C-level engagement
- Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated
