The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who is obsessed with closing deals.

At Company, this role is not about managing accounts. This role is about turning qualified pipeline into revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from Discovery to Close
  • Lead discovery calls and qualify opportunities
  • Identify and map the full buying committee within target organizations
  • Deliver tailored product demos to stakeholders
  • Build business cases around brand protection, legal risk, and revenue protection
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
  • Manage pipeline inside the CRM and maintain deal momentum
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements (Non-negotiable)

  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish & English
  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven experience closing $20K+ contracts
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized pipeline management
  • Strong ownership of revenue outcomes

Strong Pluses

  • Experience selling LegalTech, Compliance, Risk, or Brand Protection solutions
  • Experience selling to legal teams, brand protection teams, or compliance departments
  • Experience selling to U.S. companies
  • Previous experience in early-stage startups
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles
