The challenge

We already generate solid inbound demand. But two critical problems remain:

1. Inbound conversion is too low

2. Outbound pipeline generation is underdeveloped

We need someone who can solve both.

This role is for someone who knows how to:

  • hunt new business proactively
  • create outbound opportunities from scratch
  • qualify with rigor
  • convert pipeline into revenue

This is not a passive SDR role.

This is not a “follow the script” sales position.

  • create pipeline

What you’ll own:

Outbound Pipeline Generation

  • Build outbound prospecting motions from scratch
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles
  • Create high-converting outreach sequences
  • Test messaging, channels, cadences, and segmentation
  • Generate qualified meetings consistently

Inbound Conversion

  • Qualify inbound leads with sharp criteria
  • Reduce funnel noise and improve lead quality
  • Conduct strong discovery conversations
  • Move qualified leads quickly toward close

Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze conversion gaps across the funnel
  • Identify weak points in lead sources and messaging
  • Improve speed-to-lead and response strategy
  • Partner with marketing to refine targeting

Requirements

  • Strong B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven outbound lead generation experience
  • Experience building outbound prospecting cadences
  • Experience qualifying and advancing inbound leads
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills

Bonus points if you have

  • Startup sales experience
  • Experience in AI, HR Tech, or SaaS environments
  • Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools
  • Experience optimizing outbound conversion metrics

This role is NOT for someone who:

  • Waits for marketing to generate all pipeline
  • Measures success only by number of calls made
  • Needs rigid scripts to sell
  • Avoids cold outreach
