Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and strategic Planner with expertise in market analysis, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Guatemala will be the initial focus market, and the Planner will be responsible for crafting the product roadmap and developing brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

Market and Consumer Understanding:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop brand strategies that align with market needs and business objectives.

Actionable Plans:

  • Structure actionable short, medium, and long-term plans to drive brand success.
  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible and measurable actions.

Product Roadmap:

  • Establish and oversee the product roadmap, considering market demands and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Data Utilization:

  • Understand and leverage data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Translate data-driven insights into tangible and effective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Planner or Strategist with a focus on market and brand strategies.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive and effective brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in structuring plans of action for short, medium, and long-term objectives.
