We are entering a phase of growth and are expanding our commercial team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment where you will work directly alongside the founder and match steps with our existing operations in Mexico to target global markets.

The Role

We’re looking for a junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Sales Assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience who is eager to learn, execute, and grow.

This role is designed for someone who wants to start with the foundational mechanics of sales, market research, data management, and scheduling and rapidly train to take over live sales calls and client relationships independently. You will have a front-row seat to entrepreneurship, pairing directly with the founder.

What You’ll Do

● Sales Research: Identify, map, and qualify potential global leads and factory partners.

● Data Entry & CRM Organization: Maintain data hygiene, organize leads, and build out our sales pipeline infrastructure.

● Scheduling & Outreach: Connect with qualified leads to generate interest and secure booked meetings (calls).

● Sales Support: Attend sales calls with the founder, take structured meeting notes, and execute prompt follow-up workflows.

● Professional Development: Actively participate in training to transition into an independent salesperson and Account Manager over time.

What We’re Looking For

● Bilingual Fluency: Fluent English and Spanish are strict requirements for managing a global market.

● Commercial Background: 2 to 3 years of experience in early sales functions (SDR, BDR, or Sales Assistant).

● Entrepreneurial Spirit: We love people who have run their own small businesses, owned side projects fully, or built things from scratch.

● AI-Comfortable: Regular experience and genuine curiosity about playing with and incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow to optimize speed.

● High Autonomy & Motivated: Ability to operate independently in a startup setting without needing constant hand-holding.

Nice to Have

● Prior experience working within tech startups or agile environments.

● Experience handling global or cross-border client interactions.
