🧭 About the Role
We are redefining movement health through computer-vision assessments, connected wearables, and personalized digital experiences.
Our iOS ecosystem includes a consumer-facing iPhone application, an enterprise iPad platform used in studios and clinics, and a computer vision engine that powers the experience across products.
We are looking for a Senior iOS Native Developer to lead and own the iOS architecture and product experience across both native applications.
You’ll join a small, fast-moving engineering team focused on shipping high-quality products with strong performance, polished UX, and scalable architecture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex mobile engineering challenges across computer vision, wearable integrations, enterprise workflows, and modern iOS architecture.
🎯 What You’ll Own
1. Computer Vision Assessment SDK
- Debug, optimize, and extend an in-house computer vision SDK built with Swift and Apple Vision
- Improve real-time performance, reliability, and test coverage
- Lead migration to the latest Apple Vision frameworks and modernize SDK architecture
- Refactor and maintain clean, scalable codebases for long-term maintainability
2. Consumer & Enterprise iOS Applications
- Lead UI modernization efforts across both iPhone and iPad applications
- Drive adoption of scalable design systems using SwiftUI where appropriate
- Maintain and improve existing UIKit implementations when needed
- Deliver polished, performant user experiences across mobile and enterprise environments
3. Cross-Device Authentication & QR Workflows
- Build secure QR-code authentication and device pairing experiences
- Implement token exchange flows and secure sign-in systems
- Collaborate closely with backend teams on authentication contracts and APIs
🧩 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the full iOS release lifecycle, including CI/CD, TestFlight, and production deployments
- Refactor legacy UIKit components into modular, testable SwiftUI architecture
- Profile and optimize app performance, launch times, memory usage, and rendering efficiency
- Write and maintain unit and UI tests using XCTest and snapshot testing
- Participate in architecture reviews and maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Android teams on feature development and platform consistency
- Improve animations, transitions, and motion interactions to deliver premium UX quality
📊 What Success Looks Like
- Stable and scalable iOS architecture across both applications
- High-performance computer vision experiences
- Smooth and polished user interactions
- Reliable release processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Secure and seamless cross-device authentication experiences
- Maintainable, modernized SwiftUI/UIKit codebases
🧬 Required Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production Swift applications
- Strong expertise in both UIKit and SwiftUI
- Experience supporting iPhone applications and ideally enterprise iPad applications
- Demonstrated App Store release experience
- Experience integrating SDKs such as Branch.io, RevenueCat, or similar subscription/attribution tools
- Experience with HealthKit or wearable integrations (Oura, Garmin, Whoop, etc.)
- Strong understanding of authentication systems, OAuth2, JWT, secure token exchange, and Keychain usage
- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and release management (Xcode Cloud or similar)
- Experience with Apple Vision or real-time computer vision/video processing systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and enterprise distribution
- Experience with QR-code cryptography or device pairing systems
- Experience building accessible and localized applications
- Background in healthtech, wellness, or performance-focused applications
🔎 Ideal Profile
- Strong mobile architecture and product engineering mindset
- Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end
- Passionate about building polished, high-quality user experiences
- Strong attention to performance and maintainability
- Collaborative, product-minded, and proactive
- Able to move quickly without compromising code quality or scalability
⚡️ Why Join
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge computer vision and health technology products
- High ownership and direct impact on product direction
- Small, fast-moving engineering team with strong collaboration
- Work across consumer, enterprise, and wearable technology ecosystems
