1. Role Context

We are an experiential marketing agency operating across more than 20 markets in LATAM, the Caribbean, Central America, and North America. We manage production, logistics, and delivery of materials, events, and activations for top-tier global clients.

This role replaces and formalizes our logistics function as a full-time position. We are looking for someone who not only coordinates shipments, but also builds the logistics infrastructure the agency needs to scale.

2. Role Summary

Title: International Logistics Coordinator

Level: Mid-Senior — 5+ years of experience in international logistics

Employment Type: Full-time · Exclusive dedication to US

Direct Report: Head of Production

3. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of international shipments.

• Coordination with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local carriers.

• Complete customs documentation management.

• Logistics route mapping and validation.

• Customs broker sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.

• Logistics budgeting, cost visibility, and KPI reporting.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Production and Procurement teams.

4. Non-Negotiables

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Deep knowledge of customs and international trade.

• Proven experience operating under pressure.

• Strong logistics risk assessment and decision-making capabilities.

• Obsession with detail, traceability, and documentation.

5. Technical Requirements

• 5+ years in international logistics.

• Proven experience with DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

• Rate negotiation experience.

• Vendor sourcing and onboarding experience.

• Advanced Excel, Slack, Google Drive, and project management tools.

6. Added Value

• Existing network of customs brokers and logistics partners.

• Maritime logistics experience.

• Strategic mindset in addition to operational capabilities.

7. Geographic Scope

Origin Markets: Miami, Mexico City, Bogotá, Panama, Guatemala.

Destination Markets: Bermuda, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, and Central America.

8. Year 1 Priorities

• Full onboarding to the logistics SOP.

• Ownership of active shipments.

• Caribbean logistics infrastructure development.

• Logistics vendor network creation.

• Logistics KPI reporting and financial visibility.
