🧭 About the Role

We are building a powerful enterprise platform that enables healthcare teams to visually create and deploy governed workflows across EHR, ERP, scheduling, lab, messaging, and internal systems.

This is not a simple dashboard or CRUD SaaS application. The workflow builder is the core product experience.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of the frontend product experience and help build sophisticated operational tooling used in real-world enterprise environments.

You will design and develop complex, highly interactive interfaces including workflow builders, node-based editors, operational consoles, audit systems, approval queues, execution timelines, and admin tooling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult product engineering problems, building polished enterprise UX, and working closely with backend engineers on platform architecture and API design.

🎯 What You’ll Build

1. Visual Workflow Builder

  • Build and maintain a node-based workflow canvas
  • Develop drag-and-drop interactions, edge connections, zoom/pan behavior, and selection states
  • Create reusable workflow templates and editing experiences

2. Workflow Configuration & Execution

  • Build dynamic configuration panels and schema-driven forms
  • Support workflow validation, testing, publishing, and versioning flows
  • Design interfaces for execution monitoring and debugging

3. Operational & Admin Interfaces

  • Develop operational consoles for workflow management
  • Build approval queues and human-review reconciliation systems
  • Create tenant configuration, admin settings, and role-management experiences

4. Monitoring & Audit Experiences

  • Build execution timelines and workflow run histories
  • Design audit trail visualization and activity feeds
  • Surface complex backend execution states through clear user-facing interfaces

5. Frontend Architecture & Product Engineering

  • Own frontend architecture decisions and long-term maintainability
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers on API contracts and data models
  • Ensure the platform feels polished, reliable, and enterprise-ready

📊 What Success Looks Like

  • Scalable and maintainable frontend architecture
  • Highly polished workflow-building experience
  • Clear and intuitive interfaces for complex operational systems
  • Fast and reliable UI performance across data-heavy applications
  • Strong collaboration between frontend and backend engineering

🧬 Required Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 6–10+ years of frontend or product engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
  • Experience building complex B2B SaaS products
  • Strong frontend architecture and state management skills
  • Experience working on API-heavy applications
  • Experience building admin consoles, workflow tools, dashboards, or internal platforms
  • Strong product and UX judgment
  • Ability to translate complex backend logic into intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience collaborating closely with backend engineers on API design and system architecture

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with React Flow or similar graph/canvas editor frameworks
  • Experience building workflow automation, low-code/no-code, BPM, or internal tooling platforms
  • Drag-and-drop and node-editor interface experience
  • Experience with schema-driven forms and dynamic form systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, Redux, or Jotai
  • Experience with Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar component systems
  • Experience building audit logs, activity feeds, timelines, or operational monitoring interfaces
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, healthcare, fintech, compliance, or regulated industries

🔎 Ideal Profile

  • Strong systems thinker with excellent frontend architecture judgment
  • Comfortable owning complex product areas end-to-end
  • Able to move quickly while maintaining clean, scalable code
  • Passionate about crafting polished enterprise-grade UX
  • Product-minded engineer who enjoys solving operational workflow challenges
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering environments

⚡️ Why Join

  • Opportunity to build a highly technical, enterprise-grade platform from the ground up
  • Work on complex UI/UX problems rarely found in traditional SaaS products
  • High ownership and influence over product and technical direction
  • Collaborative environment with deep engineering challenges
  • Direct impact on operational workflows used in healthcare environments
