We are looking for a person with strategic vision, commercial judgment, and creative capabilities to develop strategies, proposals, and presentations that help us generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and turn ideas into actionable projects

The role will be focused on creating strategies for marketing projects, innovation, experiences, 360 campaigns, digital platforms, commercial partnerships, loyalty programs, incentives, activations, and business proposals for brands, banks, fintechs, technology companies, and other regional client

Create integrated strategies for marketing, communication, technology, experiences, loyalty, education, incentives, and business development proj
ects.Translate client needs into clear, actionable proposals with strong commercial poten

gles.Develop strategic concepts for campaigns, platforms, commercial programs, and value proposit
ions.
Research and An
alysis
Conduct market, competitor, consumer, trend, and business opportunity an
alysis.Research categories, industries, audiences, and cultural contexts to support strategic recommend
ations.Identify commercial opportunities in specific markets and turn them into concrete pro
posals.Synthesize complex information into clear, relevant, and useful insights for decision-
making.
Proposal and Pitch Deck
CreationDevelop commercial presentations and pitch decks with strategic narrative, clear structure, and a sales-oriented a
pproach.Create proposals that convincingly communicate our values and help close new business opport
unities.Build storytelling for projects, campaigns, platforms, partnerships, and commercial so
lutions.Organize ideas into visual and executive formats, with a focus on clarity, impact, and per
suasion.
Marketing and
CampaignsDesign 360 campaign proposals, including strategy, concept, audiences, channels, tactics, media plans, activations,
and KPIs.Develop media plans and channel recommendations according to objectives, audiences, an
d budget.Propose awareness, acquisition, engagement, usage, loyalty, incentives, and conversion ini
tiatives.Connect strategy, creativity, communication, user experience, and business ob
jectives.
Required
ExperiencePrevious experience in strategic planning, marketing, consulting, creative agencies, media agencies, business development, or simi
lar roles.Experience developing commercial proposals, 360 campaigns, media plans, brand strategies, or communication s
trategies.Proven ability to create strategic and commercial presentations fro
m scratch.Experience in market analysis, benchmarking, research, trends, and insight de
velopment.Experience working with regional brands, banks, fintechs, payment methods, technology, mass consumption, tourism, gastronomy, entertainment, or digital platforms is
desirable.
