What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate interest in our products and services.
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up through phone, email, and CRM activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable learning CRM systems and technology tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.io, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • Customer service or inside sales background.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in sales are encouraged to apply.
