About the Role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization focused on the US market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and can transform an existing sales process into a predictable, scalable revenue engine.

You will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, creating repeatable processes, developing multi-channel pipeline generation strategies, and driving performance through data and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes and playbooks.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Design and execute pipeline generation strategies across outbound, partnerships, referrals, events, and other channels.
  • Own sales performance metrics, forecasting, reporting, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze and improve the entire sales funnel to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, product, and HR teams to strengthen the go-to-market strategy.
  • Help take the company’s sales operation to the next stage of growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership roles in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Proven experience building sales teams and processes from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and experience selling to US-based customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through multiple acquisition channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Experience optimizing existing sales motions and scaling them to support growth.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (required).

Nice to Have

  • US visa and availability for occasional travel.
  • Experience in HR, HR Tech, Recruiting, Staffing, or related industries.
  • Experience scaling revenue and sales organizations through different startup growth stages.

Location

Remote position based in Latin America (LATAM), working primarily with clients and prospects in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: USD 3,500 per month.
  • Commission Plan: Aggressive performance-based commission structure with significant upside tied to revenue and sales targets.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Unlimited PTO policy, based on performance and team coordination.
  • Work Model: Fully remote from LATAM, collaborating primarily with teams and clients across the United States.
