Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a builder. Someone who enjoys creating more than maintaining. This is an opportunity to build the commercial engine that will power Company's next stage of growth.

We're seeking someone with 5–8 years of experience helping scale a digitally native consumer business. You've likely held progressively increasing responsibilities across growth, digital marketing, e-commerce, commercial operations, affiliate marketing and customer lifecycle management.

You are equally comfortable developing strategy and executing it. You enjoy working across acquisition, conversion, merchandising, CRM, affiliate programs and analytics, and you're energized by building systems that scale.

Experience in skincare, beauty, health or wellness is a plus—but curiosity, adaptability and a passion for solving consumer problems matter even more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth: Own Company's commercial growth strategy; drive acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead paid, organic, SEO, AI Search, CRM, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Affiliate & Creator Growth: Design and scale Company's affiliate and creator growth strategy; develop performance-based incentive programs; optimize attribution, tracking and commission structures; partner with Creator Partnerships to build one of the skincare industry's leading affiliate ecosystems.
  • Consumer Engagement: Increase completed AI skin analyses and skincare product scans/uploads, making product scanning a core engagement loop.
  • Analytics: Build dashboards, KPIs and a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Build a scalable commercial growth engine.
  • Grow monthly revenue while improving marketing efficiency.
  • Increase qualified consumer acquisition.
  • Increase AI analyses and skincare product scans/uploads.
  • Improve AI-analysis-to-purchase conversion.
  • Increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Launch a best-in-class CRM and lifecycle marketing program.
  • Successfully launch and scale Company's affiliate and creator commerce program.
  • Increase the percentage of sales generated through creators and affiliate partners.
  • Build executive dashboards and a rigorous experimentation culture.

Desired Experience

  • 5–8 years in Growth, Digital Marketing, E-commerce or Commercial Growth.
  • Experience scaling a digitally native consumer brand or e-commerce business.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing and partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, commission models and performance analytics.
  • Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment.
