Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a builder who enjoys bringing structure to fast-growing businesses. This is not a traditional operations role. You'll help build the operating system that allows Company to scale while enabling the founders to focus on strategy, product innovation and strategic partnerships.
We're seeking someone with approximately 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, startup operations, finance, consulting or commercial operations. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and creating clarity in environments where priorities evolve quickly.
You are organized, proactive and highly accountable. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy working directly with founders and are excited by the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Build and improve Company's operating rhythms, internal processes and execution cadence.
- Strategic Projects: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure key priorities move forward on schedule.
- Financial Administration: Support budgeting, KPI reporting, cash flow tracking and coordination with external accounting partners.
- People Operations: Coordinate recruiting, onboarding and HR administration.
- Legal & Administration: Coordinate contracts, vendors, insurance, compliance and external professional services.
- Performance Management: Develop executive dashboards, operational KPIs and meeting cadences.
- Executive Support: Help the CEO stay focused on high-value activities by ensuring operational excellence across the company.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Implement scalable operating processes that support Company's growth.
- Establish company-wide operating rhythms and KPI reporting.
- Develop executive dashboards with meaningful business metrics.
- Improve execution speed across cross-functional initiatives.
- Successfully recruit and onboard key team members.
- Reduce founder administrative workload through better systems and processes
- Implement scalable HR, finance and administrative workflows.
Desired Experience
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Startup Operations, Consulting or Commercial Operations.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup, technology company or e-commerce business.
• Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience implementing operational systems, dashboards and KPIs is highly desirable.
