What we need you to tackle

We’re looking for a detail-oriented junior QA Analyst with a strong grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), solid manual and automated testing methodologies, and hands-on experience building automated test suites with tools such as Reflect and Tosca (or related options like Selenium/Functionize). You should be comfortable translating and documenting requirements into testable specifications, proactively identifying ambiguities, and collaborating effectively with developers and product managers. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills are essential, along with practical proficiency in API testing with Postman and database testing using SQL, plus experience using bug tracking systems and producing clear, actionable test results reports.

Your day-to-day

• Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable specifications and review them with the team.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web platforms, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Perform API testing with Postman and validate expected responses for web services.
• Run SQL queries to verify data integrity and perform database testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Reflect and Tosca, and report on results while tracking defects in bug systems like Jira or Bugzilla.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution using bug tracking systems to ensure swift, high-quality fixes.
• Understand how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript affect UI behavior to design effective tests, select locators, and troubleshoot client-side issues.
• Create and manage reliable test data to enable deterministic, repeatable tests across environments, reducing flakiness and false failures.
• Plan and execute basic performance tests to detect regressions in response times and throughput before release.
