Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help identify, evaluate, and deliver top LATAM talent for international companies.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding a client's hiring needs and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, presenting talent, and supporting the process through hiring.

The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing skills, candidate assessment, communication, organization, and commercial awareness. You should be able to move quickly, manage multiple searches at once, and maintain a high bar for talent quality.

What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Understand job requirements and translate them into clear candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent databases, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for different functions and seniority levels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates against technical, professional, and cultural requirements.
  • Review CVs, LinkedIn profiles, interview notes, and other candidate information to determine fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with clear and structured recommendations.

What we're looking for

Must-have

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong sourcing experience, particularly through LinkedIn and other online talent platforms.
  • Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for candidate quality.
  • Advanced English / business English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and candidates.

Compensation

1.800 USD + Comissions
